He passed his business acumen and his ethics on to son Tom, who broadened the store's market reach for hundreds of miles. Malchows's impressive two-level showroom became the name in fine furnishings for the region. Premium lines are available to us today by virtue of an industry reputation built by Tom. In 2002, Mark Malchow became the third generation to lead the family business. He and the Malchow's design team travel to markets in Minneapolis, High Point, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Atlanta to bring stylish furnishings to homes and businesses, in prices that people of varied means can afford.
